Requests have come in for more details of historic events, road and rail maps and other bits of information. I had originally planned to compile all these extras in my Author's Notes & History Companion to the Roaring Road books. This work is in progress so if any readers have questions or want more detail on a specific topic, comment here on the blog or send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Author's Notes & History Companion is planned to be available for 99 cents in ebook format and on this website in a free downloadable .pdf file. This is so updates can be added as more reader questions and comments come in and rolling updates are added. On Kindle, the updates go to your library. To get the updated free .pdf file you will need to check back here and download the most recent file.
The Author's Notes will contain historical information about people and events in The Roaring Road, maps, more flapper humor and interviews with Dan and Laure with the author. Laure's interview will probably be more spicy as she dishes on various people and events. The author plans to interview Louise Brooks too, and that I assure you will be spicy and full of interesting remarks.
When the Author's Notes are published I will post it here and on my Twitter account which is @JohannLaesecke. Follow the account for all the news of the Roaring Road and other new projects. A sequel to TRR is planned, along with other books from different eras.
